Seating Chart Necessary Wedding Are Seating Charts Really Necessary For Wedding Receptions?

Are seating charts really necessary for wedding receptions? - seating chart necessary wedding

My friend and I are still married in a few months and I want to make a seating arrangement for the recording. We are experiencing some 300 guests, because we both have big families, but the food is served like a family, if they are making no special concern to food. I do not even having seats allocated to save costs, because we do not need a table name cards and / or show something, help people find places to think. While the parents by the Council so there is a preference for people to sit. The results should have a good time because they decided to sit next to people who really want to, and talk to law? Weddings were not assigned seats, which seemed to work for me, but perhaps's just me. Help! I do not know what to do! I know what I would do, but I do not know if it is correct.

One might think that we treat his rational and mature adults, most customers would be able to empty seats.

But a year ago I attended a very elegant wedding, which I know have cost a fortune for the couple. The cocktail hour outside the dining room served. In the dining room for dinner, the guests were done with class and elite glide gracefully and retain their places? Absolutely not! It has been running, trying to save throwing coats and handbags in a variety of chairs to "people who are MIA, shouting, pushing, groups that are known to split, forced to sit at the table just because the chairs were transferred to other tables in In other words, a complete disaster and really elegant demonstration of the bride and groom's cheaper worked so hard. It was like a cafeteria at the school, only leaves and China.

I'm not dreaming, then not with a seating arrangement.

It is very rare in English marriages does not sit well regarded with cards instead. It works perfectly. The bride and groom know May, who agrees with that, and not unpleasant to seats, dashboard, or the fear that no one is excluded. With more than 300 people are absolutely necessary to avoid chaos.

Edit: I see the same lazy seating plans have had their thumbs!

If there are no assigned seats 300 people, I can only imagine that chaos would result.

What if your parents do not get put at the head of the table because someone did it 10 minutes and sat down there? How do you feel about that?

Seat allocation is essential for marriage.

The customers are like sheep being led and managed. If there is confusion and ends with tables very different. Some people with double bed and then another 3 or 4 people in them. ESP with so many people that need to distribute the seats, if not cause chaos.

By doing a big wedding, you do not need a seating plan.
It makes everything easier for your guests.
